At 2 my parents went abroad to work. I was conditioned by our late grandmother to Participate in all school activities and aim the top rank in our level kasi parents ko mag sasabit sakin ng award. So i did it, valedictorian at kinder, top 1 or top 2, on my early elementary years pero walang parents na dumating during recognition... so from that time on, di na ako nag aim mag top.
BUT, dun ako nag start mangarap. Sabi ko, gusto ko pag ako nag ka family, gusto ko present ako sa lahat ng milestones ng magiging anak ko, gusto ko nabibigay ko comfort, security, needs and wants ng magging future family ko na buo ang pamilya. -Bihira ako mabigyan ng brand new na gamit, karamihan, hand me down from my elder sister. (I think experienced din to ng mga bunso or pag younger sibling ka.
BUT, dun ako natuto mag benta ng candies from my baon, para mkapag ipon ako on my own little way, sabi ko sa sarili ko, gusto kong yumaman para di ako umaasa sa bigay. Highschool to college, pamasahe lang allowance namin, kasi un lang kaya nila mama, nababansagan ako kuripot kasi CHUA, pero wala pambili ng snacks. (Di sila naniniwala at dko naman kailangan iexplain pa, so be it, kuripot na kung kuripot diba) hahahha.- so diskarte ka gurl, pag may gusto ka! I started doing this EC business, lahat ng discourgement, naransan na, people that u expect to support you, mostly sila ang nag challenge sakin.
Friends and family are disappointed sa decisions ko. (Judged, pushed away, its like, me and EC against the world)chos! well, jan papasok yung, “kung may pangarap ka, ipaglaban mo) BUT i took it as a motivation na mas dapat ituloy ang business to prove them wrong. Wag na mag explain, stop pleasing people! hataw na lang, let your success be the noise. Kaya, I am thankful and overflowing with gratitude, sa lahat ng mga painful moments and situations na binigay sakin, kasi it brought me to where I am now. Kaya sa lahat ngnag babasa nito, whatever situation u are experiecing now, ituloy mo lang ang laban ng buhay, convert your pains into motivation.
Your present is not your final destination, you have your right time. Everyone has its own timing. Just do your part, keep going, keep growing! Ipag laban mo ang pangarap mo. Kasi buhay mo yan, di yan buhay ng ibang tao. One day, as you look back sa past mo, lahat ng ma fefeel mo is GRATITUDE. At sasabihin mo din sa sarili mo na BUTI NA LANG, SUMUBOK AKO!
